Spring Production and Assembly Line operates in accordance with the conditions for all material entry procedures and RPA micro-tests applied in their own lab. Cord fabric and rubber compounds are cut according to the dimensions on the operation cards for the production of cabin bellows with or without suspension. Hoses coiled go through vulcanisation. This process is completed at a certain heat in a certain period of time in accordance with heating tests at the lab. Hoses are then cut in accordance with the dimensions of the bellows and then delivered to the Assembly Unit along with bushing, ring, sheet metal and plastic semi-finished products.
For the traceability, week and year are also added on the outer ring of the bellow. In parallel with the expectations of the customer, the required controls are thoroughly performed after the assembly. At each step, after the controls, quality checks are also performed prior to the packaging of the products before the products are transferred to the warehouse..!!!! All the procedures are performed at high-set standards at the unit where the folded bellow and suspension bellows are manufactured.
From the multiple CNC Cutting, Lathe, Milling Cutter and CNC grinding machines to the units where polyurethane and plastic are manufactured without the need of an operation of 40 to 300 tonnes of eccentrical and 50 to 160 tonnes of hydrolic presses... a gob-smacking atmosphere.
